In October of 2004, Varicraft expanded its line of products and manufacturers by becoming a member of the Independent Distributors Cooperative-USA (IDC-USA), and further expanded by merging with Affiliated Distributors in 2019.

AD is a member owned organization, passionate about bringing growth-oriented independent distributors and best-in-class supplier partners together with the purpose to outperform the market and to stay ahead of the competition.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, the bearing & power transmission division consists of over 100 independent distributors nationwide, with more than 600 branches.
